Fill Your Own Cup

April was something, wasn’t it? We planted, we watered, we rooted — and so many of you bloomed in ways you didn’t even expect. And now May is here, and we’re shifting into something that honestly might be harder than anything we did last month: actually taking care of ourselves. Not the bubble bath version. The real version — slowing down enough to figure out what we actually need, and then letting ourselves have it. This month we’re going through four weeks together: Pause, Receive, Restore, and Overflow.

Challenge of the Month

May is about you. Not the you that takes care of everyone else first. Not the you that’s running on fumes and calling it fine. The real you — the one who actually deserves to be filled up. This month’s challenge is Fill Your Own Cup, and it is your guided invitation to pause, receive, restore, and overflow,

Week 1 — Pause
When’s the last time you stopped long enough to ask yourself how you’re really doing? This week, we slow down.
(Internal: get honest about what’s draining you. External: share one word in the thread that describes where you’re at right now.)
 

Week 2 — Receive
You cannot fill your cup if you won’t let anything in. This week, we practice accepting.
(Internal: notice where you’re deflecting help, rest, or good things. External: share one thing you let yourself receive this week — no matter how small.)

Week 3 — Restore
This is where we actually start rebuilding. What does your version of restored feel like?
(Internal: identify what genuinely refuels you — not what you think should. External: share one thing you did this week purely for yourself.)


Week 4 — Overflow
Look back at Week 1. What’s different? What do you have now that you didn’t before?
(Internal: sit with how far you’ve come this month. External: share your overflow moment — what are you now able to give from a full place?)
